Copper Queen Hotel in BisbeeBisbee

Bisbee is the picturesque County Seat of Cochise County. Founded in 1880 and home to the Copper Queen Mine one of the richest mineral deposits in the world. By the early 1900s Bisbee was the largest City between St. Louis and San Francisco with a population of around 20,000. Bisbee remained an active mining community until the 1970s. Mining still is a part of Bisbee. Since the 1970s the town has evolved into a major tourist attraction featuring the mining activities, great climate, restaurants, bed & breakfasts and shops.
